As part of your Health Access Preventive membership, your prescription service includes access to several tools and resources to help you find affordable medications. One of those resources is Drexi, a pharmacy benefit manager with a network of over 65,000 pharmacies nationwide and tools to help you compare prices, locate medications, and explore lower-cost options.
We’re excited to share a few important updates to what’s available through Drexi, including international mail order options and additional support from the Drexi Advocacy team.
What’s New
Drexi Advocacy Support
The Drexi Advocacy Program connects you with a real person who can help you:
- Find lower-cost or generic alternatives
- Apply for manufacturer assistance programs (offering free or reduced-cost medications based on income)
- Coordinate with your prescribing provider and the pharmacy
This support is available to all Health Access Preventive members and may be especially helpful if you’re prescribed a high-cost medication or if your medication isn’t available at a price that fits your budget.
You can reach an Advocate by calling 877-688-5461 or emailing drexiadvocacy@amps.com. Simply let them know that you are a member of Health Access Solutions.
International Mail Order Option
Many prescription medications are significantly less expensive outside the United States. Drexi now offers an international mail order option that allows members to access these medications through carefully vetted international partners in countries such as Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
Here’s how it works:
- Check if your medication is on the International Drug List listed on page 4 of this brochure.
- Contact Drexi for support.
- Drexi will confirm eligibility, request authorization, coordinate with your provider, and manage shipping.
Medications are delivered to your home and meet safety and quality standards, however, we do still recommend that you discuss any changes with your provider.
Here are examples of what members might pay for a 90-day supply of select medications using Drexi’s international program:

How can I access my prescription card?
Your prescription card can be sent directly to your smartphone when you text "prescription" to (239) 299-0333. Your prescription card is also available when you log in to the Member Dashboard.
