If you are an employee, or family member of an employee, of any customer of Health Access Solutions and you are facing substantial medical bills or other related expenses that are causing an economic burden, then you are eligible to apply for economic assistance.

All you need to do is complete an application that explains your circumstances and extent of your medical costs or related expenses.
