Can’t find important details about your Health Access Benefit? No problem! All the information you need is contained in your personalized Digital Membership Packet. This packet includes all the information you need to get started using your Health Access Benefit, including:
- Your digital prescription card
- Contact information for your primary care provider
- Details on how to get reimbursed for preventive care
You should have received your Digital Membership Packet by email, but if you did not, or you just want it to be sent to you again, simply send an email to memberdetails@healthaccesssolutions.com from the email address you registered with and you will automatically get your packet emailed back to you.

Don’t want your entire membership packet right now? Need just one quick piece of information, such as your prescription card or your doctor’s phone number? Here are three other options available to you:
- Easily look up your membership details anytime with the member search tool. All you’ll need is the name, zip code, and date of birth for the primary member or employee who is registered with Health Access Solutions. Use the member search tool here.
- Text “Primary”, “Prescription”, or “Preventive” to 239-299-0333 from the number you provided at registration and those details will be immediately texted back to you. Learn more here.
