Using your Health Access Preventive membership is simple with no network limitations. Just visit the provider of your choice to receive the eligible service, and then submit the bill to Health Access Solutions for reimbursement.
Some providers may ask you to pay at the time of service, but most will just provide a bill. Either way, we’ll get you the funds quickly to reimburse you for the service.
Whether you’re getting reimbursed for a flu shot, a vision exam, a lab screening, or other eligible service, submitting your claim is quick and straightforward. Here’s the step-by-step process.
What You’ll Need Before You Submit
To make sure your reimbursement request is processed without delay, please have the following ready:
- Patient Name – Which person on your membership the service was for.
- Date of Service – When the preventive care was received.
- Eligible Expense Category – For example, dental cleaning, physical exam, or mental health counseling. You can find this information on your member dashboard.
- Itemized Bill from the Provider – This must show the services you received and the charges for each.

Submitting a Preventive Reimbursement Request
The first step is to log in to your member dashboard and navigate to the button labelled “Submit A Preventive Reimbursement.”

Next, complete the form with the necessary information and upload your itemized receipt.

Keep in mind, you can submit multiple requests at the same time.

After you submit your reimbursement request, you’ll receive a confirmation from Health Access Solutions. Once our team has reviewed your request, it will be processed within a few business days.
