Introducing a New Member Dashboard & Login Process

As part of our ongoing website enhancements, we want to inform you of the all-new Health Access Solutions member login experience! We’ve upgraded our login process to give you easier access to manage your membership, including preventive care reimbursements, your digital membership packet, and more—all in one convenient dashboard.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to log in and make the most of your new dashboard.

Step 1: Gather Your Membership Details

To access the new member dashboard, you’ll need a few pieces of information related to the Primary Member on your membership. If an employer provides your membership, the Primary Member will be the family member who is an employee of that company. If your family purchased your membership directly, it will be the family member whose name is on the invoice.

You’ll need the following information about the Primary Member:

  • Primary Member ID
  • Primary Last Name
  • Primary Date of Birth

Not sure what their Member ID is? No problem! You can easily look up any of your membership details with our member search tool. Once you’ve located your membership details using the search tool, there will be a button to go directly to the login page from there.

Step 2: Log In To The Member Dashboard

Head over to the Member Login page, enter the information listed above, and then click “Submit.” Once logged in, you’ll be on the new Member Dashboard! Our updated dashboard is built to make managing your membership faster and more efficient. Here’s a quick overview of what you’ll find.

Membership Details

The first section you’ll see is called Membership Details. Here you’ll find your digital membership packet and your prescription (Rx) card.

Your digital membership packet includes all of the essential information about your Health Access membership, including details on your preventive care, primary care, and prescription services.

Your prescription card is also available if you ever need it. This card gives you access to significant savings at over 65,000 participating pharmacies nationwide. Learn more about your prescription service here.

Submitting Reimbursement Requests & Medical Incident Reports

The next section is where you will manage any reimbursement requests and medical incident reports. All members will be able to submit and track requests for preventive care reimbursements with ease. Whether you’re submitting for dental cleanings, flu shots, or annual physicals, you can now upload receipts directly through the dashboard and track any reimbursements in process. You can also access the most up-to-date list of eligible preventive expenses and track any in-process requests. (Note: it may take up to an hour for the dashboard to update with the tracking information.)

If you are a member of the Health Access Cooperative, you’ll also be able to submit and track medical incident information directly from the dashboard. Not sure if your membership includes the Health Access Cooperative? You can always check what your membership includes with your digital membership packet.

Member Articles & Additional Resources

If you are looking for the member articles and resources pages that used to be available on our “quick links” page, they are now only available to members when you login and reach the dashboard. They are in the menu bars at the top and the bottom of the dashboard page.
